| My Delight Is In Her |
 Heather -- my Hephzibah,
God has designed marriage to be sacrificial, exclusive, life-long, a relationship involving headship of a loving husband and obedience of a submissive wife.
I pray today that I will be the servant-leader that God wants me to be because the way of obedience is the way of blessing. I pray that I will sacrifice and empty myself for you the way Christ sacrificed and emptied Himself for us. And I pray that I will dwell with you, the weaker vessel, giving honor to you as being a joint heir of the grace of God.
My delight is in you. |
