Pray the Psalms
I've heard it said that the Book of Psalms teaches us what it means to pray in a way that God would have us pray and worship.

As a result of pouring out our hearts over lunchtime discussions, BK, Stan and I have agreed to begin 150 days of praying the Psalms. Day 1 begins on May 1st. Check out One-Fifty.blogspot.com for more details.

We encourage anyone to join us. Whether you join us or not, please pray that we -- and you -- will ...
  • ... Desperately seek the Lord's help.
  • ... Depend on God for our daily needs.
  • ... Be sensitive to our sin.
  • ... Have confidence of forgiveness.
  • ... Wait for the Lord.
  • ... Hope in the Lord.

Thank you BK and Stan.

Wow! This from the guy who used to balk at 5 minutes a day! What amazing things God has done in your life. I'm proud of you, Joe!
