Thought of the Day
When someone says that they want to see "a sense of urgency," do they mean a sense of panic?

Not panic, but getting done what must be done now, not later. It's first on your agenda, first in your thought process. The night before a test when you are studying you have a sense of urgency but are you panicing?

Maybe it means a sense of "I really have to go to the bathroom but I am not quite ready to wet my pants"?
    That kind of urgency?
